I can't figure out how to set an 'absolute ceiling' like I can in CEP. Also, don't just use presets, I didn't like any of them. But, if you can't afford anything else, I say go for it. I won't say it sounded great, i'm just not that good yet. I don't know what t-racks is doing exactly in the compressor section, but it adds sparkle and punch and actually elevated the CD (IMHO) from 'home' to 'acceptable'. It sounds very good on large club PA and home system, car etc. I made an album for a friend last year that got played on a lot of different systems. All I know (I haven't used Ozone or Waves) is that it sounds tons better after t-racks than before. Let's hear from others who dispute the claim that t-racks can be used to get a decent sound.
